Dan Latreille concentrates his practice in the areas of construction negligence, medical malpractice, premises liability, and public entity liability, including civil rights cases. Dan is an honors graduate of the University of Michigan, where he obtained his bachelor degree in 1986. He earned his law degree at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 1992.

He is an experienced trial attorney, having successfully tried many cases on behalf of his clients. The cases which he has successfully tried or favorably settled include catastrophic injury cases involving construction companies, heath care providers, municipalities, and premises liability defendants.

He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court and the Northern District of Illinois, and is admitted to the Federal Trial Bar.

Dan is a member of the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel, the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, and the Defense Research Institute.

Dan, his wife and three sons are residents of Glenview, Illinois.
