James P. DuChateau joined the firm in 2009. Mr. DuChateau concentrates his practice on the defense of medical malpractice and catastrophic injury actions, as well as complex commercial litigation.

He is a 2008 graduate of the John Marshall Law School where he was a Dean’s Scholar, member of the Dean’s List and a senior law clerk to a Chicago litigation firm.

In 2002, Mr. DuChateau obtained his BS in both History and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin where he served as a legislative extern to a Wisconsin Senator.

Mr. DuChateau is admitted to practice in Illinois and before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
