Norton, Mancini & Weiler, and its predecessor law firm, have been defending self-insured entities, insurance companies and their insureds for more than 60 years in the collar counties of Chicago. Its long standing reputation as an outstanding defense litigation firm is evidenced by the fact that a number of its former partners have become trial and appellate judges in DuPage, Kane County and the Second Appellate District of Illinois.

We presently maintain offices in Wheaton (DuPage County) and Chicago (Cook County), Illinois.

The firm consists of six partners and six associates specializing in the defense of tort liability litigation. The firm's philosophy is to undertake discovery in a cost-effective and timely manner, analyze the evidence and provide its clients with an early recommendation for the disposition of the case before significant defense costs are incurred. For cases not subject to early resolution, it then provides a vigorous defense through trial and, if necessary, appeal.

Our attorneys are experienced in the full range of tort defense work from general and auto liability, to more specialized fields such as public entity defense, product liability and medical malpractice.
